2019 McLaren BP23 hyper-GT: A Three-Seat, Mind-Bending Hypercar most aerodynamic road-going McLaren ever



The BP23 is the first glimpse by McLaren Automotive, it’s the next ultimate series model. McLaren will make fastest history in automotive industry like it’s F1 with its newest mix of three-seat Hybrid Hypercar inspired by the legendary McLaren F1, sharing that car’s central driving position and continent Ground Tourer brief. It is a work of McLaren’s Special Operation division(MSO). It has the configuration and pursuit of speed of McLaren F1 supercar with the most advanced hybrid powertrain and luxurious cockpit that the company has ever been produced. 


McLaren BP23: 

BP23, this three-quarter has already shared with 106 customers who have put down deposits on the hyper-GT. All of every one think that why it is 106? Because that’s the exactly same number of 1992 McLaren F1 as the entire production run.

Platform of BP23:

The BP23 will be built off the updated Monocage II carbon-fiber tub, that is designed to make it easier to getting in and out than it is with current lineup of McLaren’s. About Powertrain:


McLaren Automotive CEO, Mike Flewitt said: It will be most advance, most powerful hybrid powertrain that we have ever done, inside a low drag, super aero-efficient body: It will be faster car than we have ever made on road.  It’s powertrain like P1 but details such as the strength of the electric motors and the size of battery are being kept close to the corporate chest. The combination of aerodynamic efficiency and powerful hybrid drivetrain with an evolution of McLaren’s current twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter v-8 and the EV part – surely with in excess of 1000bhp- will help it to eclipse the F1’s legendary 240mph.


Three seats and - Dramatic doors:

As like as other car there have not too much competition in the three-seat megacars category. Expect the dihedral doors to remove a portion of the roof for easy access, as on the freshly unveiled 720’s, they will be powered to make life easy. Mike Flewitt, continued that it’s an homage to the F1- But if ever there was a replacement for the F1, it was the P1. 


Designing:
